For us as an organization, we do not thrive for solving problems by providing our smallholder farmers with farming inputs alone, NO. We take training and development as initiative that is designing to improve and advance our farmer’s knowledge and skills set and installing greater motivation to enhance their livelihood and increased productivity. Through training, our farmers gain confidence in their abilities leading to greater farm satisfaction.
Farmers now use automated harvesters, drones, autonomous tractors, seeding, and weeding to transform how they cultivate their crops. The technology takes care of menial and recurring tasks, allowing them to focus on more critical functions, with the trendng technnologies we will bring to them closer to make life easier to them and us as well.

Some of the major challenge of smallholder farmers in Nigeria is that of poor access to credit facilities, little or no support and high cost of farm inputs have been their major hindrance to their profitability and productivities from the growth point of view, opportunities exist in Nigeria’s agricultural sector. In fact, in north east Nigeria, with smallholder farmers having access to credit facilities no doubt, there will be a lot of benefit, in a situation where there is a favorable operating environment, smallholder farmers are the suppliers of food to the table of Nigerians. A report has it that more than 80% of the total farmers, including medium and large ones are smallholder farmers (Akinsayi, 2011). They are the backbone of Nigerian agricultural sector and deserve every support to produce more food, and grow more raw materials for the agro-industries sector and contribute in ending a food supply deficit that cost the country millions of dollars in food import annually.
